Completing ESA50

Hello
I am Completing ESA50 because due for reassessment in August. With my previous ESA assessment ( my first which was successful) I filled in the form digitally and when I ran out of room in the boxes I continued on a separate sheet. This time I am thinking of typing in the boxes 'please see page x of y for full details' and then typing my full reply on the attached sheet. Could you tell me if this is a better method rather than dividing my reply between boxes and attached sheet?

I think you should do whatever is easiest for yourself. So long as you make sure than every page you add on is numbered, (1 of 2, or 3 of 4, eg) and has your name and national insurance number on it, I doubt it should cause any problems.

As long as the details in the boxes match the details on the sheets it should actually make things easier to understand than having to continually flick between pages to find the additional information.

For each box that doesn't have enough space to reply, which is most of them, I simply write "please see attached sheets".

If the information in your attached sheets has clear headings, such as About your medication (page 6) or Activity 13: Starting and finishing tasks, it should be easy enough for the HCP to follow.

I don't think the designers of the ESA50 really gave much thought about how much space is needed!
