DLA-PIP Assessment

I had my assessment at home a few weeks ago for the DLA-PIP tranfer. This morning the much dreaded brown DWP enveloped arrived, and a white one!. I was terrified to open either but eventually opened the brown one first. To my surprise all it said was that' they apologise for the delay and now they have all the info they need a decision will be made'.
So now onto the white DWP envelope, will this one have the outcome?
So I open up this one and it says, 'as I get the higher rate mobility I can join the Motability scheme' and enclosed is a little booklet on what I can get.
Am I jumping the gun assuming as they have sent me this Motability letter that I have been awarded the same as my DLA was, and a letter is on its way, or its it just a coincidence these 2 letters were sent out at the same time. Strange to send out this Motability leaflet if they've failed me, or perhaps not.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen, that's all.
