Where do I send an additional Doctors letter

Hello

My Doctor is sending an additional letter stating that a home assessment or any face to face assessment will be very detrimental to my mental health and autism. I have already had to fight for an assessment at an assessment centre to be cancelled as I cannot travel.

I have not had to have a face to face assessment before.

Where should this additional letter be faxed/sent to, Maximus or to the DWP or both?

It's probably as well to send a copy to both Maximus and DWP. Don't forget to put your name and NINo at the top of each page.
