DLA tp PIP above 65years old was created by Mufc
Hello everyone
My wife has numerous chronic illnesses and has been receiving higher rate mobility and low rate care for nearly 14 years. Unfortunately, she was only 64 at the cut off date and now at the age of 68 is required to apply for PIP. Is there anyone out there who is now past retirement age and has had to claim PIP. Would be interested to hear some feedback.

We've has several members over 65 be transferred to PIP, the process is no different from those who are under 65, perhaps those that have gone through the process can provide more comment.

Hi, I missed the cut off date for going from DLA to PIPS by 8 days!
I was on higher rate mobility allowance since 1994 with no care component.
They cut my mobility allowance but gave me the standard rate care
