Hi everyone, my daughter is my carer and she resieves IS .she had interview with the Jobcentre when she started her claim for IS 2 months ago and they told her we will see you after 3 years.But today she recieved a letter to go to Jobcentre ; to discuss the benefit we are paying you;, You should note that where there is doubt about whether the conditions for entitlement are met your benefit may be affected. So she have app.next week with the JC.please I need your advice.is anybody have similar letter? Thank you

She can raise the issue of not being able to care for you while she is attending the interview, but I assume this was not a problem when she last attended.

I'm afraid unless she can get them to defer it, she has little choice but to attend.
