Health assessment was created by Tom T
I have been awarded pip at medium rate living expenses but not mobility. And because of this my esa went up. Then recently I have received a letter saying I need a health assessment. After the award. I'm just wondering what i need to do. I have mental health problems anxiety attacks pannik mental tourment deppression and other related to these. Is the assessment im going to related to physical and as I hide my problems as I'm scared to show my problems and most the time find being in my own unless in a bad way feel I can let that barriars down.

Hi Tom and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

It depends where the letter has come from. You should not need an assessment for PIP if you recently had a decision regarding this. Any letter about this would be from ATOS or Capita.

It might be that the assessment is relating to your ESA, in which case the letter would have come from Maximus/HAAS. Our ESA guide explains what to expect
