1.How common is it for DWP to over rule this.
2. It says in the letter that it is inappropriate to fix a term ?.
3. And it mentions the tribunal have considerd rule 2 and 31?.
4. Is there a average wait time for every thing to be setteled now.

Congratulations on the result.
1. Not very, I'm afraid there are no statistics in this area.
2. It means that they are recommending an On-Going award.
3. I believe that they are referring to the rules that control the operation of a Tribunal. Rule 2 is in regard to the attendance of a representative and 31 is concerned with the holding of an appeal.
4. Tribunal Decisions usually take 5-8 weeks to be processed, I would check with the DWP that they have received the Decision Notice, they regularly lose them.
