Mandatory recon decision was created by Sue.holmes
Hi all,
We are awaiting a decision for OH mandatory reconsideration which is expected next week according to the text received from Dwp should it not go the way we want and we have to go to first tier appeal I know he can ask for esa assessment rate to be reinstalled with production of fit notes what I'm not sure about is do we still need to go through the circus of signing on as I am on his claim.
Kind regards

In order to claim the ESA Assessment rate you will have to also close your JSA claim so any requirements from that will cease.

That's great news! Thanks for letting us know and for your kind words about B+W
You cannot have claims for both ESA and JSA open at the same time. I don't think you have to do anything at the moment - but I'm sure Gordon will tell me if I am wrong!
