Worsening condition question was created by JM1973

Hi , just a quick question. I need to write to the DWP regarding my ESA to report a worsening condition. Do I send the letter and evidence to my local jobcentreplus or the decision makers address?

You should send the letter to the address on the most recent correspondence from DWP relating to your ESA.
