B) Could someone please advise as to if its worth re-applying for PIP after it was refused 4 months ago, I believe the last form was filled in without all the facts written down and we want to re-do it with all medical facts this time. The person is 64 years old.

There's no restriction on making a new claim for PIP following a failed one, if they are going to do it then they need to do so soon as they will not be able to make a claim after they reach 65.
