Esa 50 con??? was created by Dole
I have received my esa50. Issue is the letter states I only have *** ONE MONTH*"* To submit the form (actually I received the the letter 2 days later). How do I challenge this???

I'm afraid you cannot. The ESA legislation stipulates that claimants have 4 weeks (not one month) to complete and return the ESA50, the time allowed includes the postage time.
The legislation allows no extension to the four weeks and any offer of an extension by the DWP that is not in writing should be ignored. The ESA call centre staff have no authority to offer an extension.

Don't want 2offend but according To my googlin 6 weeks should be the norm (2008 regs)????
