Does anybody know what the deal is with claiming ESA and your partner being at university. The DWP have asked her to come in tomorrow for a work based interview, also a request to join the universal job match. She is actually doing an English degree, which is obviously full time. The work load is immense plus she does the lions share of work around the house because of my conditions. Can they reasonably ask her to look for work considering this ?

Any info would be appreciated,
Dan
You must be claiming ESA under Universal Credit.
You can only claim UC as a couple, she needs to attend the interview tomorrow, but she should be placed in the non-working group during term time, be aware that this will not be the case during the holidays.
