I have a quick question, that I was hoping someone could answer for me.
I have been receiving DLA/PIP for the past 5 years and was due for reassessment in summer 2017. In July I received the new forms they send out which I filled in and sent back.
I had my medical on the 9th of August and received a text message from the DWP on the 15th August. The text said they now had all the information they needed to make a claim and they would write to me.
How long do you think it will be before I receive the letter ? As silly as it sounds I worry about these things.
Although we are starting to see some improvement in Decision times, most are still taking the best part of 8 weeks, so I am afraid it may be some time before you hear.
