hi,after having DLA for at least 15yrs I have now been changed to PIP. Unfortunately I have lost my mobility which was high to nothing now.I'm at a loss at the min and just comsumed with it all. Am i still right in thinking they still cover these three things ,reliably,safely and repeatedly. I asks this as if Ido any activity It can take from hrs to days to recover from.

Reliably is an umbrella term for four legally defined phrases;

• Safely – in a fashion that is unlikely to cause harm to themselves or to another person.
• To a necessary and appropriate standard – given the nature of the activity.
• Repeatedly – as often as is reasonably required.
• In a timely manner – in a reasonable time period.

Yes it is a legal requirement that the above are considered, but that does not mean that they have to agree with you, it will depend on how you have described your limitations on the PIP2.
