Hi. Am I right in thinking that you can ask for the copy of the Assessors report before a decision is made?
I rang a couple of weeks ago and requested this and was told that a copy would be sent to me. I've called today to check it's been sent and was told by a different lady that I can only have a copy once the decision has been made.
I'm sure I've read you can request a copy in advance ......

PIP reports, not ESA ones, can be requested before the Decision is made and are usually sent out before, but some DWP offices operate different rules and will not send the report until a Decision is made.
It could also just be down to the call centre operator that you spoke to and calling back again may result in someone chasing the missing report.
