Adult Social Care appeal was created by John Scott
My Aunt lives in Littlehampton/ She has been in a Nursing Home for 4 years
all she has left from her savings and sale of her bungalow is £15.322.
I have asked West Sussex social services to assess her for future payments.
they have sent financial assessment form.
But have also sent me a leaflet about appealing
They say that they do not have a special form which is odd as a lot of other
councils seem to have the.
My aunt is 99 years and 8 months.
She has been in her bed for three years after a stroke
I have been trying to get Continuing care for 2 years. and have instructed a Solicitor who has also been banging his head against a brick wall.
Can I take Sussex Health Authority to a Court hearing ????
Help with this problem would be appreciated

I'm sorry but this is not an area of benefit that we advise on, I would try and get local advice, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
