I do not have mental health issues, only physical. However, I'm not sure if answering 'no' to these questions is correct. I certainly do not suffer 'severe anxiety or 'distress' - but feel 'vulnerable' without my wife because of physical problems. Need advice. Thanks

It's your form so you should answer as you think appropriate but you are unlikely to score points unless you can show some level of medical evidence to support these statements.
