Sea and personal budget

Do you mean a Direct Payment from your Local Authority?

Direct Payments should be disregarded but it is essential that the money is kept completely separate from your own money, if there is any doubt as to what money is being used for what then you are at the least inviting an investigation of your finances.

You would need to contact the Local Authority, they may treat it as income in regard to deciding how much assistance they will fund although I would be surprised if it actually effected it.
