how do you deal with multiple illnesses when filling in PIP form, so far we've done question one in terms of illness one and then in terms of illness two and so on, then the plan is to write a conclusion on how the illnesses work together for emphasis.
Does this sound like a good way forward? or should we be writing it all combined in one block? thanks!!

Yes that sounds fine, some restrictions will be directly linked to a particular condition while some will be a result of multiple conditions.
