Statement of Reasons was created by Samralee
My DH's tribunal was unsuccessful and we would like a state of reasons. In the information we received and the information I've read it just says you need one, but doesn't say how you go about getting one?

Do you just write a letter to the tribunal services that states you want one or is there some kind of official form/letter you need to send?

Thank you.

I'm sorry that the Tribunal did not find in your husband's favour :(

You now have 1 month, from the date of the decision, in which to request the Statement of Reasons. You do not need a special form for this.

Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons

You will then have a further month in which to take things further if you think there was an Error of Law

What is an Error of Law?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
