Should I get a copy of the tribunal notes in preparation for when I have to renew PIP? My award runs out July 2017, it was only for four years but my condition has not and will never improve. Don't understand how they decide how long to make an award.

You can't get any notes from the Tribunal without opening your award to further appeal by the DWP, so I would leave well alone.

Award length is based on the likelihood of change or adaption.

The change could be your conditions getting worse rather than better and you may adapt to your limitations to gain more functionality.
