Pip supporting evidence

besides supporting letters from gp and care etc, is it worth sending copy of ESA85A ? esa medical report form or is it not allowed

By all means, send in a copy of the ESA report if it is favourable and your problems are such that the report is also relevant to the PIP descriptors.

Also i have supporting letters from psychitrist going back to 2013 , 5 letters in all last one dated 2.9.16 all describing the problems i have on daily basis with schizoaffective disorder , older letters are more detailed should i send all of them

Send in anything and everything that you think will be helpful (copies only, keep the originals for your own records)!
