Despite all the comments about the problems with the current benefit system, the Scottish Parliament have not taken any action to take over the control of benefits payable in Scotland although the legislation is scheduled for this parliamentary year, I believe that this ends in April; 2017.

I'm not aware of any specific statements as to what they would do with benefits.
