Hi H,

The claimant is allowed to record the assessment on the following conditions -

Permission must be obtained from the Assessment Provider in advance as they have to ensure that the assessor is prepared to be recorded.

2 identical tape or CD recordings must be made at the same time and one of this given to the assessor at the end. Digital recordings are not permitted. Members have found that 2 cassette recorders can be used.
