Hi Can anyone tell me what happens if you were claiming jsa while appealing and right up until the tribunal. What happens if you win at Tribunal, are you automatically put back onto esa ?

It should be handled seamlessly, but I suspect this will not be the case and you may need to close your JSA claim before the can reinstate your ESA. If this is the case then wait until the DWP acknowledge that they will implement the Tribunal Decision. You won't lose money but there could be a period where you don't receive any payments and you will no doubt want to minimise this.
