Welcome to Benefits and Work
It is absolutely fine to make all your comments on separate sheets of paper, just so long as the original PIP form is sent back to DWP. You can use the computer if you wish. If you do this, there is no need to use capitals throughout.
Makle sure that every extra sheet of paper has your name and NI Number on the top and is clearly numbered at the bottom (we suggest the format 'x of y' as this clearly show if anything is lost from the back) and then securely affixed to the back of the PIP form using staples, treasury tags, string or ribbon.
Have a look at our PIP guide which explains how to answer the questions
PIP help for claimants
May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your PIP without having to start a new topic each time. It helps us enormously when everything relating to the same claim is kept in one topic - and I hope you will find it useful too

I am pressing ahead with the pip form, a little puzzled any suggestions where to write, I work part time, and that I have a care package from the council. My work is vital to my well being, but don't want them assuming I must be fine, if I working, even when it very part time, often based at home. I want to be as clear as poss, that morphine keeps me going. All help very welcome.
thank you

I am so struggling with the walking distance, I have to walk more than 20 metres to do my job , I assess. Are homes for standards etc. Ok it's with a crutch and morphine pain killers . I am finding it so hard how to answer . Is it ok to say I can walk 50 metres but not repeatedly or every day reliably which is the truth. As surely they would expect me to be able to walk 20 metres .
Maybe I over thinking or getting stressed any help suggestions would be very very welcome

You need to be able to walk the distance "reliably" and "on the majority of days", but beyond this I really can't advise.
It might help if you can measure the distances out so you have some idea of what they look like.
