I do two hours of voluntary work every two weeks with a 15 min drive each way. The 'work' is sitting talking to a person who is lonely for just over an hour + getting in and out of the establishment. Even this small task causes me great pain and I suffer that day and the day after, but it gives me some sense of purpose and self worth. I'm frightened of mentioning it, even though I know someone could technically be on PIP and be at work or college. OK I may seem paranoid but how do the minds of assessor work? I think that's a rhetorical question.
You really need to explain everything you do or the assessor will simply make assumptions about the "holes" in each day, at least that way you can explain how you manage things.
