Used to be in wrag and on review was moved to support group. no further contact from Prospects who really behaved badly. unbelievably they phoned firstly on pretense that did I know I was in support group. Oh and they wanted to survey me on how they can 'help' urm "people like me" further.. No trust in them at all. Dtr was very tempted to scream down the phone so what are people like my mum. Having got me sanctioned incorrectly and generally rubbish treatment how dare they. Answer - NO and phone put down by dtr.
