medical for ESA

Hi all

I receive a letter today from Health Assessment asking me to attend a Medical , I am dread this as I have a few health problems recent been told I have got COPD, High Blood pressure , I also have a long term illness ., depression, anxiety , neck and back problems. and few others conditions. Would be grateful for any advice when I go for this Martin
