Thank neptuno. I thought I was going mad looking for AR1. 1043 is the form. I had hoped there would be general advice on filling this in. ie If all sections are ticked 'No Change' without any comments, how DWP would rate this. Is it better to actually better to put some sort of comment in there?
Are they going to look at original application, or do I have to reiterate problems?
I only have 5 days in which to complete this so any advice would be welcome. I know there is lots of stuff on here for completing PIP for the first time, but very little for 1043.

Horty
They are looking at changes in your conditions and limitations that have occurred since you were last assessed.
So far three members have reported back on their reassessments using the new form, two ticked no change and received extended awards, the third reported a deterioration for some of the activities and supplied new evidence to support these, they also received an extended award.

Thanks Gordon. As this is a new form, we need all the information possible. When I get a response to mine, I will add feedback.
