Annual benefit rate letter

Annual benefit rate letter was created by crad2@hotmail.com
In previous years i have always received a letter around March detailing my ESA benefit entitlement for the forthcoming year. I have not received such a letter this year.
Last year the letter gave me the rates from 6 April 2015.
Has anyone else not received their letter this year?
and reasons why not?

I didn't get one either. I think it was because there was no rise in benefit this year. I seem to remember the benefit was frozen, but don't take my word as law :-)
