PIP supporting evidence was created by m joseph
Not sure if anyone can help. I'm trying to get evidence to back up how my conditions affect my everyday life. Doctor said can't do a evidence letter unless the DWP ask for a full medical record.
As the doctor's charge them for this it's not something they like asking for.
What are the outcomes for anyone who cannot get evidence from their GP?
Do they only ask for medical reports when it gets to tribunal?
Hope someone can shed some information on their change from DLA to PIP
Thank you

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

You can try talking to your GP again, the reality is that it is highly unlikely that they will be contacted by the DWP about your claim.

Failing that you can access your medical records at your surgery. See
