Very sheltered housing and PIP was created by redcat
I am on the top rates of Care and Mobility indefinitely and live in very sheltered housing which supplies my lunch and tea. When I apply for PIP will this go against me with regard to preparing food, if it is
made for me- I'm wondering if they might say the fact I get my food prepared doesn't mean I couldn't do it myself. My flat has a wet room with rails etc and will they be discounted as adaptions as they were there when I moved in?
I have to prepare for the big change now!

You won't score points for activities that you do not do, only those that you cannot do, so they will not be interested in the meals that are supplied for you, if you cannot prepare and cook a meal then you need to explain why and whether aids of appliance would assist you or make no difference to your capability.
For Washing and Bathing the legal requirement is whether you can use an unadapted bath or shower, so again you must explain the difficulties you would have with these rather than the facilities you actually have
