My elderly neighbour’s finite award of DLA has resulted in an invitation to claim PIP. What is the correct address of the Case Manager to whom to send copies of his form and additional info?
Thanks,
MW
PIP forms are returned to the DWP so there should not be a need to send a copy to the Case Manager.

MariW wrote: Oops! How this business can still confuse me! However, I understand that PIP2 and attachments are taken apart to be scanned and submitted to Atos/Capita. Would it be wise for my neighbour- or any of us in due course- to send a second copy that could be kept in one piece?
MW
No because all correspondence is now scanned!

I don’t know what to advise a very troubled elderly gentleman. Naturally, I do not want to add to his worry. If you think I’m getting paranoid please tell me and I’ll include it in my next claim.
