Awarded ERM and SRDL. Over the moon was created by Jimmc1968
Hi all, firstly thank you everyone on the site for all the info, help guides and knowledge. As the title suggests I got ERM and SRDL( I was on HRM and MRC DLA) for an ongoing period, with them contacting me after 28 Sept 2020. Can anyone tell me what that means. Does it mean I have it for 4 years or does it mean I have it for longer and they will contact me to review it in 4 years. Bit confused. Again many many thanks to all on the site. Couldn't have done it without you

That's great news! Thanks for letting us know and for your kind words about B+W
DWP are never known for the clarity of their communications! You should expect to be contacted for reassessment in 4 years - I think!

Congratulations on your award.
Regarding the dates of review, mine says " an award to 29 September 2012 with a review after 29 September 2020."
So I consider this to mean that I will be contacted at some time between these dates to see if I am still eligible for PiP. My assessment of which I obtained a copy states review after 4 years and this was the only point that my wife disagreed with as my condition will only get worse until the end.
Kind regards,
Stewart.
