Time given for completing DLAto PIP forms was created by limasierra
I received the 'How your disability affects you' form on Saturday 7th January, it was dated 30th December and said I had to get it back to them by 30th January which of course I will.
I'm still in the process of getting supportive paperwork from GP/hospitals etc but today had a text from DWP telling me they still hadn't received it back.
Nipping at my heels? It cuts short the amount of time I really have to get the form completed accurately and creates more anxiety.
Anybody else getting chased liked this?

Hi ls,
DWP always send out a reminder a couple of weeks before the form is due back, I believe this is mandatory on their part.
If you need extra time, a 2 week extension is usually given on request. Just phone the number that you used to initiate the claim.
May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your PIP without having to start a new topic each time. We ask members to keep everything relating to the same claim in one topic as it helps us enormously - and I hope you will find it useful too
