Won appeal last week. was created by Suzy3
Many thanks to all at B&W for all the guides and help and support given to us all, all year around. I really do appreciate all your hard work everyone.
My appeal last week was set aside, and new decision made:
Enhanced Mobility ( not appealing)
Enhanced Daily Living awarded.
Appeal panel were very stern, and disability person was grilling me so much, judge told her to back off.
Surprisingly, was also interrogated as to how I manage in a new shower, who helps and how?
I was also asked how had I got dressed that day IF I had so many physical problems (OA) Didn't think they could do that!
Was also asked if I had an animal (cat) and what type of food they were fed!
Am over the moon as HCP at F2F had written such lies. Also when I got the Decision makers submission, it was full of contradictions it made me mad. Don't get mad get even!
So I got my doctors letters of support, my original form I filled, in all my hospital letters and a yellow highlighter. I married up all my evidence to descriptors I had been awarded, put the points down but emphasised I should have had say 4 points for that activity rather none.
I also pointed out my 'evidence' to the page number, to make easy reading, for the panel. It lasted 40 mins but seemed like a life time.
Had a family member with me. She was asked had I left anything out.
Very pleased, just a bit worried as I do not have a length of time.
Was previously 'indefinite award' last 10' years.
Good luck to everyone going through all this.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Terrific news, a great way to end the day on the forum.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result. I would leave it a couple of days and then contact them to make sure that they have the Decision Notice.
