Template for DWP complaint against Atos Assessor was created by Black Dahlia
Hi, wondering if you have a template for an official letter to the DWP to register a complaint of treatment of a claimant of PIP by Atos assessor. I wish to make a complaint and do not wish to make any major errors. Does B&W have such a template?

I'm afraid not, just write to the Assessment Provider with the name of the assessor and when you were assessed and a list of the issues from the report.

You should also make a formal complint to the HCP's Registered Body
Nursing & Midwifery Council for nurses, Health Care Professionals Council HCPC for other heath professionals & and General Medical council for Doctors.
A google search will get their web sited.
If enough people with valid complaits against HCP make formal complaints that are upheld with suspensions or even being strtuck off their professional register,the less likley that HCP's will make obvious misrepresentations on asessments.
