Failed ESA Tribunal was created by Hm
I wonder if you can help. I went to my Esa tribunal last week and was given 6 points. I have been on Esa since it started was previously on IBM. I have anxiety and depression IBS,lupus and fibromyalgia. I am not sure what to do, my doctor has given me a fit note as my conditions have detoriated since my assessment last May. Do I claim JSA or put in a new claim. Thanks

You may be able to make a new claim for ESA if it is accepted that your condition have deteriorated and there is a reasonable expectation that an award will be made, the DWP can also withhold payment for the claim until you have attended a face to face assessment.
If a new claim for ESA is not accepted then the only benefit available to you is JSA, once your claim is accepted and in payment you can present the Fit Note and be excused from any Job Search commitment for up to 13 weeks, but after that you will have to declare yourself Fit for Work. If you live in a Universal Credit area then the rules are different.

You won't get one! The Decision letter from the Tribunal is the final notice on your previous ESA claim.
