Posting as a continuation to this post, rather than starting a new one as my query is related to this claim.
ESA was eventually sorted and all arrears paid in full. As a couple, we now get £144.60pw plus carers allowance
I have had a recent successful appeal at tribunal with my claim for PIP going back to 2015, the tribunal awarding enhanced care, rather than standard care. Does the award of enhanced care mean that I would have been entitled to the enhanced disability premium of ESA?
