I appreciate you can't answer, I'm just in a bit of a tizz with it all, i am very thankful to you Gordon your kindness is very much appreciated
So the points will depend on how those assessing you see your problems; if they go with the issues of needing prompting then it will be 2 points, if they go with supervision then it's 4 points. What I would not expect you to score is the maximum 8 points for being unable to prepare and cook food as your post does not suggest that you are so restricted.
Have you dealt with the issue of how aids and appliances might allow you to prepare and cook a meal?

Bit unfortunate timing on the f2f day as it was a good day, I'm bipolar. So i have to say the assessor was extremely good and it was a fair report apart from a couple of things, adapted cultey was ignored and the 2 points i got for washing stated that i needed help to either wash hair or wash below the waist, this was strange as this was not discussed at all. I stated on form that i use bath lift and have problems washing my back. But i am happy with award and not going to challenge, i felt very stressed out after the assessment.
I also got 8 points for the mobility part when i stated that i can use buses sometimes so wasn't expecting that. 4 for mental health and 4 for fibro
All in all i am pleased and so relived with the reward i was on HRC & LRM Dla before.
Its until 2021 but means i can have some time before it starts again and I'm still waiting ESA reassessment.
Thank you so much for the forum and information its a Godsend. Thank you Gordon for your kindness and help and advice.

Thank you
You shouldn't lose any money, losing the HRC means that the Enhanced Disability Premium is not payable, but because you are in the ESA SG it is re-enabled.
