I know this isn't to do with Benefits per say but I thought people on this forum might be able to help me in identifying a new Direct Payments support service. I'm currently very dissatisfied with the service Salvere provides after they took over from Independent Living Scheme last June.
I've narrowed my options down to IBK (Inspired By Kim) and Penderels Trust, does anyone have experience with these organisations managing their Direct Payments account?
