I give up. Honestly how can an individual who has previously had an award of higher care and mobility be assessed and dropped down to lower care only when all previous conditions remain and then said person goes on to develope cancer, recovered now but left with bowel complications which the lower care is awarded for and have gallstones. I am totally discussed with the system. What do these idiots that we deal with need, to accept that once a diagnosis is made, confirmed and continues to exsist - our knicker size maybe! or suicide! We have no more evidence to provide all medical reports, supporting doctors letters ignored - only evidence that seems valid is the assessors who was a physio honestly how is someone so under qualified allowed to make these assessments. They certainly have no idea about oncology. One option left - upper appeal but honestly what is the point. One final comment the DWP decide to award the lower care only for 10 years yes 10 years so we struggle on for 10 years waiting for another pointless assessment!

I'm sorry to hear that the appeal was unsuccessful.
You can't appeal to the UTT because you don't like the Decision only because you believe that there has been an Error of Law in it's making, the first stage to this is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge. See

If your condition has worstened since your initial application, and if you have the strength left, you could submit a change of circumstance
