Louise wrote: Thanks Gordon for your help with my last question. I am now preparing for my PIP appeal and in the process of writing my submission. My question today is ....I submitted tons of evidence with my original claim forms (probably too much in hindsight) and I fear the only person who has read through it all is the Assessor and not the person in charge of the mandetory reconsideration. If they did they certainly have ignored most it...Does the whole lot get sent to the tribunal? I am asking because some parts of it are more important than others and I don't know whether to resend the most important documents again or not......
Thanks
Louise
Yes, all of the documents used in the making of the Decision will be submitted to a Tribunal.

Louise wrote: Thanks again Gordon. Just one more question please. Is it ok to type the reasons why I am appealing on the Appeal Form? My partner (representative) is having to take care of this for me. It seems unclear from the form as it tells you to write. I don't want to risk having them turned down because we don't have any time to spare...
Many Thanks
Louise
Yes, that's fine.
