feeling very anxious.Have read through all I can and taken the self assessment test. I had help to fill in the application forms, but upon reading through it now, ithe doesn't reflect my health as well as it should. Can I take further evidence with me tomorrow? And will the assessor take it into account? I have made some notes, as my memory and concentration span is poor. Thank you
Yes, you can present new evidence on the day, give the assessor a copy and ask them to read it and include it in your file before they proceed with the interview.

Unfortunately I couldn't read your reply until after assessment.
I did give my evidence to assessor and asked her to attach it. She read through it briefly, then gave me an envelope to post it myself.
I don't feel it went very well, I was quite confused and tearful to be honest. I took notes with me which I referred to on some questions.
She said I would have a decision in 6-8 weeks.
My sister in law came with me and helped.
Will keep posted
Thank you

I presented my evidence, the assessor looked through it briefly and gave me an envelope to post to DWP....

My sister in law came in with me and helped me out with notes I had made prior to visit.

My DLA expires 17th April though!
I did ask previously regarding this and I took your advice and phoned them. At that time DLA was meant to expire in February and it was then extended to April. Will it automatically be extended again in general?
Thank you
