My dla ends in April and I have ur to have an invitation for pip.my last letter dated in February is telling me about rates and that I'm not to do anything until I'm invited. I don't know what's happened, has this happened before ?

I would contact the DWP as a matter of urgency, they should have invited you to claim PIP or sent you papers to renew your current DLA claim, although I would think that the latter would be very very unlikely.
