Hi
In January I lost my mobility and high rate care following pip assessment
I asked for mandatory reconsideration with no success
I am going to appeal decision will any of the new changes that came in March effect me .
Will appeals judge my case based on rules before March as my decision was made in January and Mandatory reconsideration result came on 1st March
