hi there, If you receive a date for a PIP tribunal can you cancel it and get a new one. Do you have to have a good reason? How many times can you do this? Do you think you'd get a new one straightaway or would you have to wait 2/3 months like for first date?

Thanks Joeyxx
Only if you were physically unable to attend, for example you are out of the country or would be in hospital and not always then. You almost certainly would not get a second adjournment, whilst it is less formal this is still a Court of Law, so you have little choice in regard to the venue or date.
An Adjournment would like delay your hearing by two or three months.
