I won my Tribunal today. I just wanted to thank you for your help and advice and your downloadable information about Appealing. It has been marvellously helpful. My loss of benefit has been stayed and I gather it will be until I have a medical - hopefully paper based or home visit., so we don't end up in a stalemate once again!
I was really sure I had lost the Appeal and was in utter shock when I was presented with the notice that I had won!

I'm really pleased for you, when I saw your post title I feared the worst, so it was definitely a pleasant surprise to read you had been successful.

Hiya..also won my tribunal thanks to the advice here.
My tribunal was in Wigan..but it seems that at some 90%of tribunals here the DWP do not bother to turn up!!!
Says so much about the flawed assesments.
The judge was furious.

Well done David!
Good news re payments. Back pay is being paid into my account on Thursday and regular payments start on Friday.
Bad news is the ESA50 is being sent out in the Summer for this whole process to be started again.
This time I will be on it and get stuff sent back with my ESA50 from the Dr to begin with rather than relying on them to provide it. Might just SAR the surgery. And I will not assume anything is a mistake ever again without confirming it!
