Hi there everyone, I am sure I read recently that when moving from DLA to PIP they have to look at your last DLA form when assessing your conditions along with your evidence for PIP ???

They don't have to look at your DLA claim, you can ask them to if you think that it is relevant and it will depend of whether the information is still available or not, the DWP routinely destroy old files. Again, even if it is available, those assessing may still not refer to it.
Our recommendation is that if you want the information to be considered that you include it yourself with your PIP2, this also allows you to integrate the contents into your answers on the form.
